We fell in love with your cottage a year ago and it's even better than we remember!
It was a perfect place to start our married life together! All the little touches you have made this such a special place.
Thanks so much for all your generosity

This place was the perfect haven for us to end our honeymoon. We're so glad we stumbled across the Stone House Cottage@ Our time here allowed us to relax and savour each moment; we went on lovely creekside walks, read goods books, looked at the view and ate many stick buns from Provisions - an experience not to be missed by other guests.
You've done an incredible job setting up such a tasteful, complete sanctuary. Thank you Geoff!

A perfect place to re-charge and nest. We have really enjoyed being here and are sorry to be leaving. Thanks to Geoff - and to Emma for making us so welcome when we arrived.
Would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing break.

My family and I truly enjoyed this place!
This house is beautiful & the views, especially the roof window are fantastic! Every piece in this house is historical & unique, coupled with a very well equipped kitchen & faboulus bathroom!
All of us had a great time - Queenstown's activities are great too! Most of all, thank you for the little but very warm thoughts of croisents, coffee & chocolate! These little touches made our stay truly memorable... We'd love to return the next time!
Thank you & God bless!

My wife & I had the pleasure of staying at the Stone House Cottage in September & were absolutely blown away.
It retains all the authenticity of yesteryear but is luxuriously appointed to a 5 star level, only with far more character than a top-end hotel.
Located just behind the main street of quaint Arrowtown, the thick stone walls & grounds provide a quiet sanctuary, yet you're only a short stroll away from Arrowtown's main street & its lovely restaurants/cafes (tip: try Saffron for dinner, then find the Blue Door for a drink).
Millbrook Resort & the Amisfield winery are nearby & there are some lovely walking tracks along the banks of Arrow River (Tobins Trail will take you 40min each way and has great vistas of Arrowtown). Its an absolute treat to be able to unwind after a day of exploring the local area in the plush leather armchairs with the open fire roaring nearby. Staying at the cottage is an experience not to be missed.
My family and I truly enjoyed this place! The cottage is beautiful and the views are fantastic! The little touches made our stay truly memorable... We'd love to return the next time!

We had a fantastic stay at the Cottage. Everything was to a high standard and exceeded our expectations."

Staying at the Stone House Cottage was very magical. Both Geoff and Emma were so friendly and helpful. A million little touches, stunning (stunning!) views, and luxurious amenities made our stay more than memorable.
What a wonderful place to stay. As soon as you pull up outside you can tell that the building is steeped in history and the inside doesn't disappoint with beautiful natural stone and polished wood. The cottage is spacious yet cosy at the same time especially sitting in front of the wonderful old stone fireplace after a day exploring the area which has everything you could want for a break away.
The cottage is in a lovely setting, literally seconds from all the local conveniences and cafes, bars and restaurants and it was a pleasure to sit in the garden and enjoy the late afternoon sun with the mountains as a backdrop.
Whether you're after the natural beauty of the spectacular mountain scenery, a trip on the lake on an historic steamer boat, world class vineyards, a day shopping in the Queenstown boutiques or just walking around the local shops and surrounding area, Arrowtown is right in the centre of everything.
We thought it would be the perfect break for anytime of the year and look forward to returning in a different season.
Thank you - Finbar and Christine McDonald
What a beautiful place to spend the weekend! Situated in the centre of Arrowtown, an easy walk to all you will need.
Luxurious velvet curtains greet you on arrival, with a large open fire begging to be lit, and surrounded with the most confortable leather chairs! There's a gorgeous courtyard that captures the sun early for breakfast, to late afternoon for drinks before dinner. The heavenly garden is another delight, full of gorgeous scents and bird songs to greet you throughout the day.
Lovely attention to detail throughout the cottage, from the gorgeous period furniture, fittings and amazing bathroom through to a well thought out selection of fine local wines. The most comfortable beds with a perfect linen match for the best nights sleep!!
Staying there will leave us with very fond memories...
Thank you for a lovely holiday.
